Day 1: LIVING WAGE / THE CAMPAIGN BEGINS HERE
With Magda Fabianczyk (Artists Union England), Rosalie Schweiker
The first day of school will investigate the process of campaign production, exploring how to bring action to life. Whilst addressing practical questions of form and content the day will also focus on Eastside Projects policy commitment to pay a minimum of the real living wage to all employees. Touching on issues of precarious labour and exploitation the day will actively look at how individuals have the power to make changes.
Day 2: 50% WOMEN
With Phoebe Davies, Liv Wynter
The second micro-curriculum takes Eastside Projects’ policy commitment to work with 50% women as a starting point for action. This day long master-class will ask participants to reflect on their own understanding of equality and balance within public and personal environments.
