Group Coaching Pilot Project – Call for Participants

Deadline: 26 April 2024

Visual artist and creative coach, Aoibheann Greenan, is looking for five EOP members to participate in an upcoming group coaching pilot project.

The coaching will consist of three biweekly online sessions, from 2–4pm on 24 May and 7 and 21 June. To take part you must commit to attending all three sessions, and to contributing feedback at the end of the project.

Aimed at fostering a supportive and confidential environment, the sessions will provide a space for participating artists to explore their creative challenges and aspirations. Using a blend of creative coaching techniques, active listening, incisive questioning, and constructive feedback, Aoibheann will guide participants towards uncovering insights and practical solutions to achieve their goals. Additionally, participants will receive tailored mentoring, including insights, advice, and resources specific to their interests and needs.

The primary objective of this pilot initiative is to evaluate the needs of the artist community and refine Aoibheann’s future group coaching offerings based on participant feedback.
