An event for all for sharing coping mechanisms, top tips, offers, hacks, tricks and check-lists to help you get to know your brain and get done the things you want to get done on a fulfilling level.
It will be led by a neurodivergent person (ADHD) with similar brains in mind, but no diagnosis or proof is necessary – anyone who feels they may benefit from this will be welcome, there are enough barriers to accessing helpful things!
Presented by Liberty Hodes with support from Grace Denton.
This event is part of the Kaleidoscope Network, a collaboration between Spike Island (Bristol) Eastside Projects (Birmingham), Primary (Nottingham) and The NewBridge Project (Newcastle). Formed in response to a need for mutual support, the network has come together as a way to share resources, increase what each partner is able to offer and create new connections between communities of artists.
