Ian Giles will be leading a Clay Meditation workshop after receiving the highest amount of peer votes from the ESP Member Led Workshop applications. Ian invites you to collectively pause, listen and centre. Each participant will be given a small amount of clay to paint one another’s faces with. As the clay dries we will be introduced into a meditation supported by a soundscape performed by artist and composer Diana Policarpo.
Following the meditation we will provide a shared meal and open up for conversation about our experiences.
