Away Day: Plaster Finger Ghost Cast at The New Art Gallery Walsall
Thursday, 4 May 2017
6 – 8pm
Join us as we visit The New Art Gallery Walsall to celebrate the opening of Plaster Finger Ghost Cast, a solo exhibition by ESP Programmer Joanne Masding.
For this exhibition, Masding has borrowed from the language of museum displays, hanging systems, catalogue reproductions, signage, text, conservation and art handling to create a series of brand new works that also engage with the unique architecture of the Floor 4 Gallery.
Joanne and her work were first introduced to The New Art Gallery Walsall through a Group Occupation residency with ESP in 2012.
We’ll meet at Birmingham New Street at 5.15pm to travel on the 5.27. See you on board or see you there.
